Tell me about your Move In/Out and Deep Cleaning?

Our Move In/Out cleaning is designed to prepare an apartment or house for a new tenant; there’s typically more baseboards to be detail cleaned, more room to be vacuumed, more drawer and cabinet space to be cleaned, etc. You can select it on our booking page under ‘Step 4: Extras’ for $40.

Our Deep Cleaning is specifically for very messy homes that need a lot of extra care. These types of cleanings always require more hours than normal. You can select it on our booking form under ‘Step 4: Extras’ for $150.

Do I have to be there when the cleaners arrive?

No, you can leave a key for us to get in and we’ll take it from there. Some of our clients prefer to leave their key in the mailbox, under a mat, or somewhere else not visibily noticiable. If you book online you can tell us where the key will be in the special requests box, otherwise just give us a call.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Most clients like to use Paypal as it’s very easy to use, but we also offer you the option to pay with cash at time of service. To pay with a debit or credit card use the Paypal option on our booking page and after creating a booking, you’ll be redirected to Paypal’s website where you can select “Don’t have paypal”.

How can I sign up for recurring services?

You can sign up for our recurring cleaning services on our book now page under ‘Step 5′. We offer discounted pricing for our customers that sign up for these services. An instant 10% off for Monthly, 12.5% off for Bi-Weekly and 15% off for Weekly after your initial cleaning.

Are your services actually green and eco-friendly?

Classy Maids prides itself on providing 100% green cleaning services. Simply request it at the time of the booking in the special requests box and we’ll send out a green-cleaning team at no additional charge!

Who provides the supplies?

We bring all of the necessary supplies, but if their are certain supplies you prefer to use (e.g. for wood floors), simply let us know and we’ll use any any products you leave out for us.

How long will my cleaning take?

We typically estimate 1 hour per bedroom, but we do not specify the length of the cleaning. We clean until we are finished for a standard home within a reasonable amount of time. Please keep in mind that extremely dirty places will have an adjusted price for fairness. If the cleaning does go over the standard time, we charge an additional $30/hour per cleaner at the end of the cleaning.

What is your days and times of operation?

We work 7 days a week and start our first jobs at 9:00 am and start our last job at 4:30 pm, but our phone lines and live chat will stay open Monday-Firday until 5:00 pm.

How do I redeem my gift card?

To redeem your cleaning, please forward your gift certificate e-mail to with your name, address, date and time you would like your service booked. We will contact you back shortly confirming your appointment.
